BmW BoB

It was great seeing BMW BOB out at the Vanocker Campground again this year. I have ran into him at the International BMW Rallies, the Hiawatha Rally and Sturgis Rally numerous times. Bob has a custom high roof van he hauls his motorcycles with while traveling to various rallies. Bob said he has not been too many rallies this year, but is looking forward to them kicking off again. He was riding a new BMW G 310 R. Bob told us when he was at the dealer shopping he told the salesman he wanted to buy a new bike. The salesman asked him what kind of bike he wanted. Bob told the salesman he wanted a bike he could sleep with. Bob said the salesman was kind of taken aback and asked for clarification. Bob left him on the hook for a bit and let him know about the van he travels in. Bob has a unique, but funny sense of humor. He always has unique life observations. He still had his 1960’s era BMW with him as well. Bob is living his life well.
