I went to Ben’s Brewery in Yankton, SD. I was able to go to the upstairs room where they had a variety of hand crafted brews on tap. I had the Mango Wheat which had a good mango flavor. I love wheat beers. I am so glad towns are having their own breweries and experimenting. It is looking like the days of flavorless beers are coming to an end. I missed the 5 1/2 years I spent in Europe where each town had it’s own brewery. Speaking of missing things, It looks like I missed another wheat beer on tap, (Cease and Desist). Good excuse to go back it looks like. Life is better with beer.
