CuRiOuS tOiLeT

I was in a motel in Sioux Falls and one of the toilets had curious bump ins on the inside of the rim. I am not sure what the bump ins are used for. I cannot remember seeing them before. There were two toilet stalls in this bathroom, but only this one had the bump ins. Anyway… Just the curiousness of the way things are made without explanation. No directions on the toilet or on the wall saying what they are to be used for.
