Mambo beach

Went to the beach yesterday. The beach is clean and neat. We were there for a while and someone stopped buy to have us pay rental for the beach chairs $.5.00. No problem. Then a little while later someone else stopped by the have us pay a beach use fee $3.50. Seemed strange to me. I would rather they combine the fees at one time or charge an entry fee on the way onto the beach.
