Motion of the ocean.

I have been watching and hanging out in the waves for a couple months in Curaçao on several different beaches. I have noticed there is no rhythm to the motion of the ocean. While the ocean looks calm on the surface, there is movement where you cannot see. It is a lot like life and people. You can see what is on the surface, but it takes a long time to find what is underneath. What appears to be calm cool and collected on the surface, is not whole picture when the water under the waves is given the freedom to surface.
