Looks like the forest fires are finally moving their smoke this way. South Dakota went smoke free in buildings years ago. I am guessing the air is cleaner inside the bars these days than outside the bars.

Went to valiant vineyards in Vermillion today for lunch. This Bloody Mary is what we had. Very filling lunch. The Bloody Mary tasted good. The pulled pork sandwich on the top was awesome. Autumn is near and the colors are changing. It is interesting how the trees maintain their color all spring and summer. When the trees pass into the winter, the leaves change into such vibrant colors. Get out to a nice wooded area and look around. The change comes quickly and then it is gone.

Seems a little cold a little earlier this year. I am hoping it doesn’t last. Only 3 more years in the South Dakota cold till break time from it comes. I am so glad Saturday is here. Looks to be an awesome weekend. I am going to try to get a few things done, but mainly going to enjoy the end of summer. Get out and get all of the sunshine you can absorb for the winter. It’s not far away!
